Please go to system > administration > system log.
On the menu on the left choose the syslog, select all of the entries in
the right hand pane by choosing "select all" from the edit menu. Then
choose copy from the edit menu. Paste this information to a new file in
the text editor and upload it to this bug report.
We might be able to get some information from this data.
