I believe there is only 1 pixel to click on when resizing windows with the
mouse (clicking edge of the window) This has become rather painful for me.
Please allow me to "grab" nearby pixels.
There are workarounds such as increasing border size, but since KDE has
this feature, it's a very ugly workaround.
