@Łukasz Zemczak, tried to install precise desktop amd 64 build 20120817.3 in virtualbox with choosing Simple Chinese as the installation language and shanghai as the time zone. I tried to log out and log in many times to reproduce the bug after the installation, and some times this bug appears.
