Public bug reported:

When I add PPA or other software source to my repository list, the
packages are listed at USC but they dont go to their respective
category. This mainly happen when the packages are not exist in previous
list (before adding PPA). eg: when the PPA provide game package, it dont
go to game category at USC, while it go to game category at synaptic.
