I agree with Matthew that the best description would be "Landscape
System Management". The problem is that won't fit. The proposed
description of "Landscape management" doesn't work because it's not
accurate. You're not managing Landscape. Most users also don't know what
Landscape is.

The most descriptive label we can give it that would fit is "System
Management" so it's clear what you're intending to manage. We've made
the preferences verbose enough that if you click it you're aware of what
the utility is.
