Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu 12.10, when I return from suspend the mouse is frozen. The
mouse and keyboard are on a common USB port (Logitech device), and the
keyboard works, so it is not an issue with the USB port itself.
This is a regression from 11.10, 12.04, and 10.04.
I can solve the problem by unplugging and replugging in the USB device.
