I can't believe that such critical bug/issue, is still causing troubles I opened a thread in ubuntuforums.org, but nobody has an answer.
Same problem that anybody else: no mouse, no tty, no nothing but a complete freezed up system. My Hardware: Lenovo G570 laptop I3 Sandy Bridge Processor 3GB RAM Intel HD3000 graphics OS: ubuntu 12.04 wm: Unity with no tweaks; only a new theme for it. Some of the usual soft opened: Apache, PHP & MySQL Chromium Firefox Filezilla Sublime Text 2 Applets / plugins ubuntu one indicator dropbox weather indicator caffeine radiotray unity webapps This is not a minor bug. I'm in the middle of a job task and suddenly got a totally freezed system.
