Typically bugs about individua package are reported agains "Ubuntu + That 
Source Package" as I now did.
UDD project only tracks bugs about keeping the bzr branch up-to-date.

How did you envoke package clean? Did you use $ debuild clean ?
It is sometimes expected to have build-deps installed when cleaning the 
package, and as far as I can see network-manager-applet does declare correct 
dependency.
