Hi Martine,
Have you tried this on a newer Ubuntu, and if so does it now work?
Is it one particular USB key that doesn't work or all of them? If one can you
give the brand and model?
Was the USB key plugged directly into the computer or via a hub?
I've also flipped this to the 'linux' package since I think that's more
likely.
