thanks Matthias, I appreciate the help. Makes a lot more sense. One of the packages I'm using (msgpack-python) doesn't seem to have a dbg equivalent. Any thoughts? I'm comfortable hacking one together if there's documentation or a readme i can use to do so. I'll pursue other avenues as well. Thanks!
