FYI, the build-dependency on quilt and the use of --with quilt in
debian/rules are both unnecessary because as a 3.0 (quilt) format
package, the quilt work is all done automatically by dpkg-source.
override_dh_auto_install:
dh_auto_install --destdir=debian/tmp
I believe this is redundant; debian/tmp is the default target directory
for multi-binary packages.
Otherwise, this looks good to me.
