Public bug reported:
My brightness keys started malfunctioning when I did an upgrade, which
brought, among other things, the 3.2.0-29.46 kernel. To verify, I went
back to the previous kernel I was running (3.2.0-26.41), and on that one
the brightness keys work well.
Expected behavior: On pressing brightness up/down, the brightness goes
up/down a small amount, and an indicator shows the increase/decrease.
Actual behavior: On pressing brightness up/down, brightness goes all the
way up/down. I do see the small increases but they happen very quickly
in succession, as if I was keeping the brightness up/down keys pressed.
So with this kernel, I can either have the brightness all the way up, or
all the way down, with no middle ground.
