thanks, i'll fix that soon in edgy - after the main freeze has ended.
Riddell's kde 3.5.4 packages for dapper might take a little more work -
I dont have access to them.
That dependancy can be removed - there's a kopete-dev package that will
contain the relevant files in kdenetwork-dev. in fact, the kopete-dev
files should probably be taken out of kdenetwork-dev too.
Will examine later, anyway.
