When I open keepass2 on my lubuntu desktop, and next i try to open base, I've
got System.Text.DecoderFallbackException

I've found similar mono error, but I install mono-complete and problem still
exists.
My system: amd64 lubuntu 12.04, packet: 2.19+dfsg-1~ppa1~precise1_all.deb
I except well workin' keepass
