Just received a ST3000DM001 1CH166 hard drive with CC43 firmware today. Disk does not spin up in any of my computers and external docks. I doubt that it is Linux related I have 3 older ST3000DM001 9YN166 bought a few months ago that run fine, will return this disk immediately.
