1. Open System Settings > Online Accounts.
2. Select "Add account..." if it is not selected already.
What you see: A grey box around the "Show accounts that integrate with:"
menu.
What you should see: Just the label and menu, centered over or left
-/right-aligned with the list below.
For an individual account, the grey box serves to tie the account
details to the on/off switch. But for the list of accounts, it serves no
purpose. And it's not a good thing for this layout to be consistent with
that one, because they serve quite different purposes.
