Public bug reported:

server: running CUPS 1.5.2 on Ubuntu 12.04 Server (192.168.0.205)
client1: running CUPS 1.4.3 on Ubuntu 10.04 using CUPS-PDF driver
client2: running CUPS 1.5.2 on Ubuntu 12.04 (192.168.0.177) using CUPS-PDF
driver
client3: running CUPS 1.5.2 on Mac OS X Lion using generic postscript driver
client4: running Windows Server 2003 (192.168.0.201) using PSCRIPT5

The problem is when using client 2 & 3 print to the server through IPP,
CUPS unable to determine the page count and there is no page log about
the job.

But using the client 1 & 4 is OK, the CUPS system can determine the page
count and put them into page_log

The attachment is the cups debug log on the server. I think (maybe I am
wrong) when "CONTENT_TYPE=application/postscript" and
"FINAL_CONTENT_TYPE=application/vnd.cups-postscript", the cups will call
the "pstops", and cups is able to determine the page count. But when
"CONTENT_TYPE=application/vnd.cups-postscript", the cups won't call
"pstops", and no page infomation is provided.

p.s. I'm developing an automatic system, and I need to use pagelog to
find out where the job come from and how many pages the job have.

** Affects: cups-pdf (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
