we lost our address bar, and tool bar! It's just not there! and now, when I click an item in the drop down menu, the whole X session turns into vertical lines, and then the screen goes blank.
The keyboard is still responsive, so it didn't take out the entire system.; I'll attach a systrace if I can pipe it properly, but running konqueror nukes the system (no other program nukes the system) I can't even get to a console with control-alt f1, but control-alt delete reboots the computer, and it comes up fine, until I get to the repeatable steps. attachment to follow...
