Public bug reported:
Pre-populate app usage history in zeitgeist, so that when the Dash home
is opened for the first time after a fresh install (and before any
search is performed), all installed apps that are not pinned to Launcher
and displayed under the 'Applications' category header.
Add a fake 'recency of use' record so that the apps are ordered in a
rough 'usefulness' or 'estimated average frequency of use' order.
