@johnlea; Great, because usually a context-menu opens on right click, another right click closes the context menu, while you choose items in the context menu with the left button.
As the previews now are Unity's version of a context menu (consuming the right click and presenting context about items), IMHO it would feel most natural for users if controls would be equal to one. Also learning this behavior would happen very fast for any user: you right click once->preview opens->right click again->preview closes->learned.
