Public bug reported:
Orange "half-screen maximize" mask often appears for no understandable
reason on already fully maximized windows.
The only way to get rid of it is to "unmaximize" the window, then move
it around. Then the orange mask disappears, and one can maximize the
window again.
That's annoying...
