Binary package hint: kde
I forced 96 DPI in System Settings, works fine yet if I call System Settings ->
Appearance and change something (_not_ necessarily in the font tab) the next
time I call an app it uses whatever X assumes for dpi, ignoring the forced
setting.
Next login all is fine again.
