I may be seeing this too, but can't be sure until I can get the AP
rebooted (It has been flaky before).

Running wpa_supplicant manually (which I may have done wrong), I get:

CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED - Disconnect event - remove keys

wpa_passphrase SSID_IN_HERE > wpa.conf
(SSID obtained from network manager logs in /var/log/daemon.log where do I get 
it more "officially"?)

sudo wpa_supplicant -ieth1 -Dwext -cwpa.conf

If anyone can post some better debugging steps to test running
wpa_supplicant manually, I'll give them a go.
