towsonu2003, you can email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a plain text attachment of your write up if you would like. Another suggestion would be the wiki, so that we could get people to test your procedures/ideas to this fix before implementing them into the documentation. All of our offline documentation is written in DocBook XML. It is rather easy to pickup truthfully, but for the time being, the wiki or plain text would be fine. Thanks!
