Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdissert
In the Concept List, the reordering of nodes is supported. However, it
is not possible to reorder a node 'into' another node (outside its own
subtree of course). Please support that reordering node, when dropped on
another node, makes it a child of the node it just has been dropped on.
** Affects: kdissert (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
