Dear release team,

I ask the FeatureFreeze Exception for this package. It satisfies basic
requirements:
* Package builds fine:
  https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=qxmpp
  https://launchpad.net/~tehnick/+archive/leechcraft-unstable/+packages
* Package installs and upgrades without any problems.
* Package does not break packages which depend on it, because there are no such
packages in Ubuntu repository yet.

There are a lot of changes in upstream since version 0.6.2:
https://code.google.com/p/qxmpp/source/browse/CHANGELOG?name=v0.7.3

There are both bug fixes and new features. API was changed, but this is
not important while there are no related packages in Ubuntu.

The main reason why I want this update: fork of this library (qxmpp-lc)
was merged into upstream. So now we don't need separate package qxmpp-lc
[1] to satisfy dependencies of new package leechcraft.

Best regards,
Boris
