Dear release team, I ask the FeatureFreeze Exception for this package. It satisfies basic requirements: * Package builds fine: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=qxmpp https://launchpad.net/~tehnick/+archive/leechcraft-unstable/+packages * Package installs and upgrades without any problems. * Package does not break packages which depend on it, because there are no such packages in Ubuntu repository yet.
There are a lot of changes in upstream since version 0.6.2: https://code.google.com/p/qxmpp/source/browse/CHANGELOG?name=v0.7.3 There are both bug fixes and new features. API was changed, but this is not important while there are no related packages in Ubuntu. The main reason why I want this update: fork of this library (qxmpp-lc) was merged into upstream. So now we don't need separate package qxmpp-lc [1] to satisfy dependencies of new package leechcraft.
