* Build-depend on gettext:any to fix the cross build. LP: #1043442.
Work around until libgettext is split out of gettext (see #683751).

* New upstream snapshot (taken from the 2.23 branch).
* Don't build anymore with -marm on armhf.
* Work around `install' limitation not able to pass parameters
to the strip command. Closes: #686183.
* Generate md5sums file. Closes: #684079.
