In moment the ubiquity(the installer) is in versionn 2.11.30 available: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ Your report depends on ubiquity 2.10.16, so there is a big gab. This is not necessary, but nlwould be helpfull when you can do a retest for us.
