I am receiving the above error message when I try to run update manager.
Update Manager is no longer appearing in my side bar and all I am
getting is a red circle with white line across it along the top of my
screen and when I click on this and select show updates this is the
message I get. I have tried reinstalling update manager and nothing is
working. Every attempt to reinstall it says it cannot be downloaded. I
also cannot get Software Center to open either. Help I really do not
know what to do now.
