Okay, I've looked upstream into tv-out support for this card. It sounds like this is very much under active development. I do not think it can be supported on Feisty with the 1.9.94 -intel driver. It might work on Gutsy with the 2.0.0 -intel driver. If we can verify it works on Gutsy, we may be able to look at what changes are needed to make it work on Feisty. If it does not work on Gutsy, I will report the issue upstream.
Can you please test it on Gutsy with -intel 2.0.0? Also, please tell me more about the tv-out capability, as I wasn't able to find details online. Is it SDVO TV out, or integrated TV out? S-video or composite? PAL or NTSC? On Gutsy, try running "xrandr --verbose" to see if it lists NTSC or PAL, and post results here. Also, try running "xrandr --output TV --auto" and report what happens.
