When a user opens the Music Lens for the first time after doing a fresh
install, nothing is shown in the default view.

Desired resolution:
- If the user has no music stored on their computer, when the Music Lens
is opened it should display the "Music available to purchase" category
- header in the expanded state, and displaying the music from the 'Top
- Picks', 'Recommendations', and 'What's Hot' sections of the Ubuntu One
- music store.
