I bought a Dell vostro 3560
3rd generation Core i7
8 GB MEM
ADM Radeon Video Card 1 GB
HD Hybrid
Well the problem is the fan or cooler.
It does not diminish the rotation, is always high.
Already formatted with windows and everything works just fine.
Can you help?
