The new dependencies of the foomatic-db binary package are introduced by
Debian and made it into our package because we keep the foomatic-db
package identical to Debian. In Ubuntu we do not need the foomatic-db
binary package in Main, we use foomatic-db-compressed-ppds instead. So
we can simply demote the binary package foomatic-db to Universe.

There are no (build-) dependencies of packages in Main on foomatic-db
any more. I have fixed m2300w and ptouch-driver removing the unneeded
build dependencies on foomatic-db.
