Thank you for reporting this bug to make Ubuntu better. I cannot
reproduce this on my system, however it is hard to not believe the
screenshot. This is indeed a strange issue. Could you please try the
following?
1. Trying resetting unity to its factory setting by typing the command
"unity --reset" without the quotes.
2. Try reproducing this problem on a new user account.
Please confirm again if you still face this issue.
