Public bug reported:
The current packaged versions use a classic init.d script. I have seen a
small but non-zero number of times where varnishd exited and required my
system management tools to restart it. Since Varnish is almost always
used for servers where reliability is also a factor, porting over to
upstart would be a nice way to reduce the impact of such crashes.
