There is actually not much to do. The simplest way is to have an .mp3
playlist loaded .Its already been fed before. Play an .mp3 file. At any
point in time, just exit . You have a crash. Dunno if it works with
other formats also or its an .mp3 issue.

You do get this on  the CLI though :-

/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/mutagen/m4a.py:41: DeprecationWarning: 
mutagen.m4a is deprecated; use mutagen.mp4 instead.
  "mutagen.m4a is deprecated; use mutagen.mp4 instead.", DeprecationWarning


perhaps this provides more clues? or I'm taking things to some other tangent. 

Dunno but the above procedure does make it easy to trigger the crash.
