There is actually not much to do. The simplest way is to have an .mp3 playlist loaded .Its already been fed before. Play an .mp3 file. At any point in time, just exit . You have a crash. Dunno if it works with other formats also or its an .mp3 issue.
You do get this on the CLI though :- /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/mutagen/m4a.py:41: DeprecationWarning: mutagen.m4a is deprecated; use mutagen.mp4 instead. "mutagen.m4a is deprecated; use mutagen.mp4 instead.", DeprecationWarning perhaps this provides more clues? or I'm taking things to some other tangent. Dunno but the above procedure does make it easy to trigger the crash. -- exaile.py crashed with SIGSEGV in PyThreadState_New() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/122581 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
