Public bug reported:

Since 2 days (it started before upgrade to 12.10), out of the blue, thunderbird
started consuming all available memory from startup. It happened on 2 machines
independently (with the same email accounts).
It may be a race condition caused by some email.

I hoped to get some debugging info by running 'ubuntu-bug <pid-of-
running-thunderbird>'. Not sure if the information collected is
sufficient.
