Install of the kernel 3.6

I've already reinstalled 12.04, with the same steps as before:

1-installed 10.04 (clean install)
2-upgraded to 12.04 (at the end didn't remove the old files, the previous
kernel is needed to enter the system)
3-reboot and entered by the kernel of the previous version.
4-downloaded the following files and installed by that order:

[1] linux-headers-3.6.0-030600rc5_3.6.0-030600rc5.201209082035_all.deb
[2] linux-headers-3.6.0-030600rc5-generic_3.6.0-030600rc5.201209082035_i386.deb
[3] linux-image-3.6.0-030600rc5-generic_3.6.0-030600rc5.201209082035_i386.deb
[4]
linux-image-extra-3.6.0-030600rc5-generic_3.6.0-030600rc5.201209082035_i386.deb

After several reboots, downloaded files, installed programs and so on,
this version is stable. The graphics work ok, with a resolution 1280x800
(16:10). The mouse is working well. I've got no freezes, no nothing. So
far, so good.

PS. On my last experience, the graphics had gone crazy because, for
sure, I did any mistake with the drivers of nvidia. As I couldn't
download them, I've forced to deactivate the basic drivers that came
with the install (not proprietary). Not advisable to everyone and with
the misleading I apologize.

** Description changed:

  Hello great team,

since I use ubuntu, never had a problem like this.
Every time I try to install the new version 12.04.1, after choosing the
language and after the ubuntu image, the computer freezes at all and the caps
lock blinking. I have to force the shutdown. I've tried with the CD and with
the USB pen.

If I upgrade, all the packages are installed. On the boot screen, there's
several options including the new kernel 3.2.0-29-generic, "vista" and other
versions of the ubuntu. In this case, if I select it shows me the kernel from
the version I use 2.6.32-42-generic. This one works more or less. The system
becomes very heavy, if I open the browser, it freezes (I think it has got to do
with the memory dump) and the mouse works very very slowly. Sometimes freezes
at all and I have to force the shutdown (not good for the health...)
If I select the version 3.2.0-29, happens the same thing as the install...
the computer freezes completely and the caps lock blinking, turns to text
console with the same error "panic occurred..."

I'm trying to be the most explicit. If there's any doubt and if I can
  help, please contact me.

  Thank you so much.

  PS. - I'm using the version 10.04.
- - I was trying to install the new version 12.04.1
- - I was expecting to make a fresh install like I used to do in the
other versions.
- - At the beginning of the install, freezes at all.
- - I don want to install it in windows environment. Each one has its
partition. No mix allowed ;)
