Current workaround is to:

1. Ubuntu: Install ISO Master from the repositories using the package manager
of your choice (APT, Synaptic, or *ubuntu Software Center)
Windows?? ... http://www.littlesvr.ca/isomaster/

2. Run ISO Master,
3. Open your downloaded image using Ctrl+o -or- the File menu.
4. Scroll to the bottom and DELETE wubi.exe using the >> Remove << button in
the middle. This removes the file from the iso image.
5. Ctrl+s ..-or-.. Up to your File menu again and choose Save As
6. Ta-Da! your 703.3 MB image should now be whatever you renamed it and 699.4
MB.
7. Burn-It !!
