Public bug reported:
I have set up 'desktop integration' in transmission to show the icon in
the panel. If I click on the 'Show Transmission' option, the
Transmission icon is shown in the launcher but not focused correctly.
This does not happen always, but most often. I have to click three times
in order to let transmission show up again, this way.
