can't enable it as part of build
* Three tests fail: pastie.org, paste.pocoo.org, and yourpaste.net. Since
those aren't super important, I'm OK with it. Filed bug 1052215 about it.
* debian/rules is a little messy, but Debian's version is nicer, once we merge
again
* Uses dh_python2, yay
* Still is Python2... But since we are postponing the Python3-only-image for
another cycle, that is OK since upstream trunk is already Python3. We'll get
it for 13.04.
* Unfortunately, seems likely to need updates as web sites change (like we
needed when pastebin.com started requiring API access). But so far it has been
well cared for.
