Indeed, I have verified this in the latest development release of
Software Center in Quantal.
This is due to the contents of the "Comment" field in the .desktop file
for myunity and needs to be fixed there, so I have marked it as Invalid
for software-center:

Comment=Configuratore per Unity
Exec=myunity
Icon=myunity
Terminal=false
Type=Application
StartupNotify=true
