/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld was probably modified but I dont know
how.

I have found another file : /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld.dpkg-dist
and copied in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld the missing statments.

Then I have executed sudo apt-get install --reinstall apparmor and all
is OK.
