Hi, >"This bug goes from 2.6.39 kernel" Yes, I have had this problem in every Ubuntu release since Natty! $uname Linux 2.6.38-16-generic #67-Ubuntu 11.04 Mouse work perfectly. $lsusb Bus 004 Device 003: ID 0cf3:3005 Atheros Communications, Inc. the bug occurs when I have ANY bluetooth module: bcm92035 bcm92045 bcm92046 and Atheros AR3011 tested. The Bug in my mouse, any other devices - handsfree set, smartphones work with all releases.
