Public bug reported:

1. search for a bug report and pick one i.e. from the samba ubuntu package
2. press the "Report new bug" link
3. you're asked for the summary, enter some information and click "No I need to
report a new bug"
4. change the package name from the proposed "samba" (or whatever) to another
value, either manually or by using the "Choose..." popup
5. complete the bugreport and press "Submit"

result: bug is assigned to package "samba" (or whatever was proposed in
the package field).

relative bug: Press "Choose", search for "launchpad", on page 3 select
"launchpad", submit the bug. Result:
"launchpad" does not exist in Ubuntu. Please choose a different package. If
you're unsure, please select "I don't know"
expected: if it's not a package, why am I allowed to choose it?

(this happens to me every time I report a bug, because I cannot find how to
report a bug from bugs homepage :-P )

** Affects: launchpad
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: samba (Ubuntu) => launchpad
