It looks like the Via codec code can mute the line out outputs in some
cases when the headphone jack doesn't have support to detect presence of
the plug, and one of the cases is visible when resuming from suspend.

Can you do the following:

- Grab the output of /proc/asound/card0/codec#? before suspend, and after 
suspend, and attach the files to the bug, while running the kernel with the 
problem.
- Install the new kernel packages from 
http://people.canonical.com/~herton/lp1052499/, then test if the bug is fixed 
(I made a fix based on what I saw with hda-emu), also grab the output of 
/proc/asound/card0/codec#? before and after supend just to confirm everything 
is ok. Make sure you install both the linux-image and linux-image-extra debs.
