User acitvity just before the occurance of the problem: Type a left arrow key
on the keyboard
Environments: 1. CTL text enabled with Thai as a language
2. Thai (not Thai (Pattachote) nor Thai (TIS-820.2538)) Keyboard Layout
being in use
3. Approximately more than half a page of Thai text being typed
Other info: 1. This problem persists since elder versions of OpenOffice.org
(Lucid and before) and now passes to LibreOffice (Precise)
2. The problem was reported to Launchpad once more than a year ago but
the thread was closed for no further activity
Expected programs responses: Text insertion pointer moves to the left.
