OK, with the power of `locate` I've located the log in
~/.cache/shotwell/shotwell.log and I can confirm it's the same for me:

    L 4642 2012-09-22 22:27:45 [MSG] MetadataWriter.vala:599: Completed writing 
metadata for [5757] .../P1070823.JPG (.../P1070823_modified.JPG)
    L 4642 2012-09-22 22:27:45 [WRN] No namespace info available for XMP prefix 
`lr'
    L 4642 2012-09-22 22:27:45 [WRN] No namespace info available for XMP prefix 
`lr'

These three lines are repeated forever for this particular file. I can
attach it here (or to the ticket at Yorba Redmine) if needed.
