Public bug reported:
When you open the "global search files app" in the dash, if you enter a fiew
letters or a word to search something, when you finish to input your entry you
should see a cross in a circle near the text you enter, clicking on that cross
cancels the text you entered.
This does not happen on Ubuntu 12.10 with all updates applied.
