Could you please provide the output of ifconfig when the device is not
working and then again when the device is working?
Also, could you please provide information about your network? How is it
setup? What router(s) do you use? Do you Windows XP ICS? What network
card do you use?, etc. - Anything you can tell us will be an assist in
debugging this bug.
Furthermore, could you please attach the output of lspci -vv?
